Went for a 7km run and did level 1 of Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred.
Now I’m making steel cut oats for brunch. Good day!
My work is moving offices next week. Instead of a 10 minute walk it will now be a 35 minute walk or 15 minute bike ride. Good news? I guess. I may as well make the most of it 🙂
