I can say I have done very little in the areas of physical and mental self-improvement. I know I will feel better once I get moving and push myself: running those hills, doing those push ups. I already know this. I just need to do it. So I’m writing it here. If it’s published maybe I will feel that extra challenge to prove to myself I can get back there.
Baby steps. I’m not going to make long term plans of I’m going to do this and this. But I will be running tomorrow morning. That I can promise. I will thank myself.
