Feels Good To Sweat Again!

Alright, it happened. I went for my morning run! Ok, I still woke up later than I’d like.. I like to run in the early morning because it’s A) less warm out and B) less traffic and people out. I did wake up later but I said to myself, as punishment for waking up later than you’d like, you are going to get out there and run while it’s warm out and people are out. How do you like them apples? So I got outta bed. Stepping out the door felt good. And turning on my tunes and heading down the street felt great. Felt great to sweat. So, I think I’m back. I need this jolt in the morning. I’ve been feeling so sluggish lately. But I’m back!

Here’s my encouragement to you. It’s not the fun part, getting started, but once you do, you’ll thank yourself. Now I can enjoy the sun.

AND!!! It’s my day off, and I am floating down the river again!!! YAY!! I’m going to try to take pics this time! Yes yes yes. Come oooon sun!
