My run this morning was saaaad. I feel like you have to run every day to get better… or if you skip a day, you’re almost back to square one. Maybe it’s me. Maybe I can’t maintain a pace!! aaagh! Pacing drives me nuts. How do you improve??
An older gentleman greeted me as he passed me jogging while I was walking and catching my breath. Away he went into the sunrise while I was trying to control my breathing. Uugh… alright. Maybe I’ll do some research on maintaining pace. Or maybe I’ll go for one of those couch to 10k training schedules. Anything.
