Up a little late.. not really late, just too late to get a morning run in. Instead I got a morning workout with Jillian Michaels from her 30day Shred on YouTube and oooh wow did she ever get me sweating. It was a solid workout. Abs, strength and cardio rotations. My 7lb hand weights were a little much at times but the thing is when I do arm workouts with those I don’t usually feel any soreness after so I wonder if I need heavier weights? But we’ll see how my arms/shoulders feel tomorrow from this workout. I’m not doing these workouts in any particular order and not everyday. I think I want to rotate this with running. But it felt great. And I hope I feel it tomorrow.
