I’m going to bed early tonight to help me catch up on all of my irregular sleeps these past couple of nights. Also, I want to put in a solid day tomorrow of workouts. Here’s what I plan.
3.8 or 5k, we’ll see what I feel like by tomorrow morning.
Then a Tabatta workout. I think I’ll try and do two sets.
First one ‘Lunge Your Butt Off’ and second one will be the ‘Jack’ one.
Then I plan to cool down as well as have some strength in with some yoga. whooo! ‘Twist & Detox’
