I think I may try a longer run tomorrow… I usually go on google maps and map out a route. I like to “know” how far I’ve gone but yknow? I may not map it out. I may just run until I get tired… quite the concept in this technology infused world I live in where I need to know times and distances and locations.
For you runners out there: How do you know when it’s time to switch up a route? Or go for the next couple kms?
